Welding

This department is responsible for all the necessary installation and repair work. Our welders are capable of welding Steel vessels ranging from Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel. Their current Pipe and Plate work ranges from all Stainless-steel Piping and Plate work, all Schedule Piping including EN BS Spec Pipes to Duplex Steel Piping. All Mild Steel Pipe Scheduled and Non-Scheduled (Low Pressure)

Mechanical & Structural Fabrication

This department handles all mechanical, structural and steel fabrications as well as the Maintenance of the equipment manufactured, including Mining & Plant maintenance and process design. It has a full Boiler making, welding and Mechanical servicing function. It has an integral sales arm which markets and supplies all stainless-steel kitchen equipment, from Extraction Canopies through to Bai-maries, Chip fryers, tilting pots and walk in refrigeration units. This unit has diversified into Solar Carport structures and various types of fencing products.

Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger

We build special to purpose Bespoke Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers for our customers. This is from information derived from on-site failures and research. However, we do not limit ourselves to primary and recovery Gold Eluent Heat Exchangers for Gold Mining Industry only, our client base incorporates, Oil and Gas Separation Plant Heat Exchangers, Sugar Processing Plant Heat Exchangers through to Food Manufacturing Plants and the Medical Fields.

We have aligned ourselves with some of the top brands names in the Refrigeration, Walk-in Freezer and Air Conditioning fields, namely :  LG, Haier, Carrier, Sanyo, Daikin, Daewoo and Mitsubishi. We felt it appropriate that we be able to service the equipment which we have installed.

Lodge Logistics & Supply

This department is responsible for the supply of basic foods, condiments, general equipment and materials, to the numerous lodges, hotels and restaurants, inside and beyond the borders of South Africa. This includes : Deli Meats, Bulk Meats, Spices, through to electrical equipment, cutlery, under counter water cartridge filtration units, O-zone generators and cleaning chemical products.

Furthermore…

We ensure ongoing training, not only for Bohors Envirotech Engineering staff, but also allows various clients to send their maintenance staff to us for training on the products which they have purchased from us. We provide local school leavers with an Apprenticeship in all of the above fields which Bobhors Envirotech Engineering has a vested interest.

This give the young men and woman a chance to enter the Water, Welding and Fabrication, Mechanical and Heat Transfer fields and go on to possibly own their own company one day.

Every year, we believe that it makes good business sense to give back to the community. We do this by providing donations and sponsorships to various schools and charities, on a yearly basis.
