Bobhors Envirotech Engineering Services Pty Ltd established its roots over 10 years ago.

The main focus of business at the time was the design, supply and installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of Steam Reticulation & Boilers, Food Processing Equipment through to Gold Eluent Plants Equipment, Water Treatment Plants, Brewery Equipment & Plants, Flocculation Equipment and Thickening Plants including pump stations and pipelines, and stainless-steel fabrication and repair work

In keeping astride of all new innovations and processes, the company has also increased its scope and created a Quality Engineering Department which handles Fault and Failure Analysis, MTTF/MTFB Analysis on equipment for various clients.

It monitors Process Controls Remotely and on-site, specializing in the two Gold Eluent Processes, namely AARL and the ZADRA Systems.

Our Target

However, in the interest of consolidating, the company reassigned its core interests and changed its focus concentrating largely on market requirements in the sphere of suspended solid removal and Heat Transfer Thermodynamics Process.

The Target in mind aimed at:

  • Permanent site installed breweries and water bottling plants
  • Packaged drinking water plants
  • Mineral water bottling plants and packaging
  • Gold Eluent System and Components
  • Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers

Specific to this target market, it was evident that the experience within the company afforded the inclusion of all aspects of service for the above industry

Departments within our Company

Welding Deparment

This department is responsible for all the necessary installation and repair work. Our welders are capable of welding Steel vessels ranging from Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel. Their current Pipe and Plate work ranges from all Stainless-steel Piping and Plate work, all Schedule Piping including EN BS Spec Pipes to Duplex Steel Piping. All Mild Steel Pipe Scheduled and Non-Scheduled (Low Pressure)

Our current workforce of welders are professionally qualified to:

  • Weld on al planes (Axis)
  • Perform MIG and TIG welding, including Double MIG and Double TIG
  • Welding Thickness Ranges from Thin Wall Storage Vessels (0.5mm to 50mm), this also includes all EN BS Scheduled Piping
Mechanical Department

This department handles all mechanical, structural and steel fabrications as well as the Maintenance of the equipment manufactured.

It has a full Boiler making, welding and Mechanical servicing function. It has an integral sales arm which markets and supplies all stainless-steel kitchen equipment, from Extraction Canopies through to Bai-maries, Chip fryers, tilting pots and walk in refrigeration units. This unit has diversified into Carport structures and various types of fencing products.

Generator Sales & Service

We have aligned our company with the marketing, supply and service of some of the best brand names in this industry, namely : John Deere, Caterpillar, Perkins Diesel and some of the lower end power generation plants such as Bundu and Mitsubishi.

Lodge Logistics & Supply

This department is responsible for the supply of basic foods, condiments, general equipment and materials, to the numerous lodges, hotels and restaurants, inside and beyond the borders of South Africa.

This includes : Deli Meats, Bulk Meats, Spices, through to electrical equipment, cutlery, under counter water cartridge filtration units, O-zone generators and cleaning chemical products.

Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

We have aligned ourselves with some of the top brands names in the Refrigeration, Walk-in Freezer and Air Conditioning fields, namely :  LG, Haier, Carrier, Sanyo, Daikin, Daewoo and Mitsubishi.

We felt it appropriate that we be able to service the equipment which we have installed.

Design & Manufacture

SHELL & TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER – DESIGN & MANUFACTURE

We build special to purpose Bespoke Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers for our customers. This is from information derived from on-site failures and research.

However, we do not limit ourselves to primary and recovery Gold Eluent Heat Exchangers for Gold Mining Industry only, our client base incorporates, Oil and Gas Separation Plant Heat Exchangers, Sugar Processing Plant Heat Exchangers through to Food Manufacturing Plants and the Medical Fields.

Solar

Design and installation of Solar PV and Monolithic Panel Systems.

Importation of various solar panels

Maintenance and Testing of Solar Panel Systems to IEC 16730-1

Community Development & Apprenticeships

This department ensures the continual high level of expertise requiring to be competitive in all the fields in which the company plies its trade.

It ensures ongoing training, not only for Bohors Envirotech Engineering staff, but also allows various clients to send their maintenance staff to us for training on the products which they have purchased from us.

We provide local school leavers with an Apprenticeship in all of the above fields which Bobhors Envirotech Engineering has a vested interest. This give the young men and woman a chance to enter the Water, Welding and Fabrication, Mechanical and Heat Transfer fields and go on to possibly own their own company one day.
